Gourmet Vanilla Beans

We are proud to offer these beautiful, Hawaiian Planifolia vanilla beans. These beans are supple, oily and full of sweet buttery tropical flavor. Rich and full of vanillin, these Planifolia beans range in length from 16-22 cm (6-10 inches). We sell by weight to ensure you get the right amount no matter your culinary method. One ounce of beans will yield between 4-6 beans. Using the beans with more moisture directly into your favorite recipes will bring the flavor of the vanilla forward above all other ingredients. Just split lengthwise and scrape the valuable caviar into your recipe. Later, use the pod for extracts, sauces, sugars/syrups.
